Our Story

Casa Palma Dulce is Artelexia's third sister-shop & an extension of our self-care products. As this small corner of our flagship store became more & more popular & too small for a growing list of bath & body products, we decided it was time to give it the space it deserves: on the same block, right across the street from us. Now you can find soaps, shampoos, candles, lotions, incense, teas, & more of what you need to unwind, from equally exciting & forward thinking brands.

We know self-care means something different to everyone, which is why you'll be able to find a little bit of everything at Casa Palma Dulce. As you know, for our founder Elexia de la Parra, the products we share with you are the same ones she has loved & used in various seasons in life. Casa Palma Dulce is no exception, & we're excited to help you bring your version of self-care to its fullest expression!

The Story Behind Our Name

"When we were thinking about the shop, we thought of self care. I know sometimes when I’ve had a bad day or there’s bad juju, you go home & you’re turning on the sage, the Palo Santo… you’re getting all those bad vibes out. I had recently been gifted Palma Dulce which is a type of incense. The name I thought was beautiful & perfect for our new shop. Then “Casa” goes along with “Casa Artelexia” which was our original name back when we started in 2010. In 2022, we expanded & opened our 2nd shop, Casa Y Cocina, so it made sense to keep it a casa. My casa, your casa…so that’s how the name came about!"
