Shipping policy
Shipping costs at checkout are an estimate. We go the extra mile to ensure your orders are protected during shipment. If our cost to ship your order is astronomically higher than what was estimated, we will contact you to discuss shipping costs.
Casa Palma Dulce ships all merchandise within the 48 contiguous states via the US Postal Service and UPS. Most in-stock items ship within 3 days although some items may take longer to process.
Please note that items ordered together may be shipped separately.
Occasionally some items may be backordered or out of stock. You will be emailed in a timely fashion should this be the case.
Shipping can take 4-6 business days depending on the size and weight of the items. Once the order has shipped, Casa Palma Dulce will send you a confirmation email letting you know your order is on its way and an estimated time of arrival.
Casa Palma Dulce is not responsible for USPS shipping delays.
Casa Palma Dulce is not responsible for lost orders submitted with incorrect information or for packages missing once in the shipping carrier's possession. A missing mail claim must be submitted to USPS.
In the event that your package is returned to Casa Palma Dulce due to insufficient address entry, the responsibility falls on the customer to cover additional shipping postage fees associated with the return. To prevent such situations, always verify that the address information is accurate & complete to ensure successful delivery of your packages.
Shipping Address
All orders will be shipped to the address entered during check out. Please double-check the accuracy of this address. We are unable to change the shipping address once your order has been picked up by the carrier.
International Shipping
International orders are not available at this time.
Local Pickup
Customers who select "Local Pickup" for online orders will need to show a photo ID and provide a signature at time of pickup.
When Will My Order Go Out?
Delivery time will vary depending on your address. We anticipate a large amount of orders during our store’s opening season, so we ask for your patience as we try our best to get you your items in a timely manner.
Processing and transit times may vary during peak seasons. We want you to get your package as quickly as possible! Unfortunately, we don't have any control once it has left our store and into the shipping carrier's hands. If there is still no movement on your order after 5-7 days, please contact us so we can further look into the issue.
