- Warm Therapy: Heat a moist towel in the microwave for 20 seconds; wrap around eye mask to warm for two minutes. Remove towel to use eye mask.
- Cold Therapy: Put eye mask in a zip-lock bag and freeze for 10 minutes.
- Care Instructions: Hand wash with mild detergent and lay flat to dry.
